My Holistic Massage uses the firm, but gentle, pressure of Swedish massage to provide you with this relaxing treatment. Circulation is improved, muscle aches and tension are eased, and general health and well-being are enhanced. I may also incorporate additional massage modalities, pure essential oils, crystals and stones, and energy work to provide you with a wonderful experience.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing pain and stress. During a session, I will hold a body part (skull, ankles, shoulders, etc) and wait, allowing the delicately complex energies of the body to react. It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. This subtle therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.
You are fully clothed during a session.
During an Emotion Code (EC) session, we will identify emotions that are trapped in your body and are ready to be released.
I use muscle testing to identify a Trapped Emotion (TE) and to determine if we need to know anything further about it. I use special Nikken magnets to run down the Governing Meridian to release the trapped emotion. Once a TE has been released, it cannot return.
You are fully clothed during an EC session. EC sessions may be done "in person" or remotely, for both people and animals.
It is best after an EC session to relax and be kind to yourself. The body may take up to 3 days to process the releasing of TEs. Some may feel tired or experience the emotions that were released, while others will experience no side effects.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work. By placing my hands on your body, I encourage the flow of your Life Force Energy. Reiki sessions are very soothing and relaxing.

Reiki sessions are available "in person" and remotely, for both people and animals.
During a Quantum-Touch session, we identify the area of pain or concern to be worked on. I then "run energy" to that area. Some may feel a tingling sensation, some feel nothing. It's all good - there is no right or wrong. I "run energy" by controlling my breathing. Your body is very intelligent and the energy will go to the area that it feels needs the work most, irregardless of where we direct it.
